India rejects third party role in ties with Pak

one day after us requested to china for help develop indo pak ties, now India rejects third party roles in ties with pak.
external affairs ministry spokesperson Vishnu Prakash saying "a third country role cannot be envisaged nor is it necessary".
The MEA said India would resolve outstanding issues with Pakistan but only after terrorism from Pakistan had ceased.
"A meaningful dialogue with Pakistan can take place only in an environment free from terror or the threat of terror," the MEA said.
US ambassador Tim Roemer also tried to gloss over the statement saying it was "positive". "I think that is a very positive statement to make."
